These terms apply to the Founding 10 Growth Program and to the related CRM Pilot Program and Online Store Launch Pack offered by Creativesmug. By applying, you agree to them.
Scope of the free website
The free offer covers the design and development fee of one Starter website. It has up to 5 pages, a mobile-ready design, a WhatsApp button and contact form, basic on-page SEO, speed optimisation and 2 rounds of revisions. Delivery is in 14–21 working days after we receive your content. A revision round means one consolidated set of change requests sent together, and further rounds are quoted separately.
Exclusions
The free offer does not include copywriting, photography, e-commerce, extra pages, ongoing maintenance or ad spend. You pay hosting with Creativesmug at ₹499 per month, your own domain, and any paid plugins or premium themes if required. GST is charged as applicable.
Client responsibilities
You agree to share your content (logo, photos and text) within 7 days and to give feedback within 48 hours. You also allow a short case study with your project, logo and testimonial, and you leave a Google review after launch. You buy your own domain from a registrar you choose, and you host the website with Creativesmug.
Hosting
Hosting is billed monthly at ₹499 per month, plus GST as applicable. It includes managed hosting, SSL certificate and basic security and backups. Billing starts after launch, and 1 month is paid in advance. You can cancel with 30 days notice, and on cancellation we provide your website files and content once dues are settled. If a payment is overdue for more than 15 days, we may suspend the site after a written reminder. Hosting for online stores or CRM is quoted separately.
Slot forfeiture
If you are unresponsive for 14 days, we may release your slot to another business. If the slot is released, work already completed remains with Creativesmug and the free offer no longer applies.
Ownership and case study permission
The domain is registered in your name, so you own it. The website is yours, and it stays live on Creativesmug hosting. We provide your website files and content on request once all outstanding dues are paid. You confirm that you own or have the right to use the content you give us (logo, photos and text). You allow us to feature the project, your logo and your testimonial in a short case study, and you may ask us in writing to stop using the case study, logo or testimonial in future publications.
Selection and validity
Selection is at Creativesmug’s discretion, and applying does not guarantee a slot. The offer is valid until the end date shown on this page, if one is set, or until the 10 slots are filled.
Online Store Launch Pack
The Online Store Launch Pack starts at ₹9,999, plus GST as applicable, with a final quote after we understand your requirements. It includes a basic online store on Shopify or WooCommerce, up to 10 products, payment gateway setup, order status emails, and a mobile-ready design with a WhatsApp button. It does not include a Shopify subscription, premium themes and plugins, domain and hosting, payment gateway transaction charges, product photos and descriptions, shipping or courier integration (available as an add-on) or products beyond 10. The ₹499 per month hosting plan is for the Starter website. Hosting for an online store is quoted separately where needed.
CRM Pilot Program
The CRM Pilot Program starts at ₹14,999, plus GST as applicable, and is limited to 3 pilot slots. It covers one team and one sales process: 1 pipeline with up to 6 stages, up to 3 users, up to 12 custom fields, 1 lead form, up to 5 reports, import of up to 500 contacts, 1 training session and 30 days of post-launch support. Change requests and add-ons are quoted separately, and software licence and API fees are extra. You give us your process details and data within 7 days, the 7-10 working day delivery starts after that, and case study permission is required.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Delhi have jurisdiction.
