This policy explains how Creativesmug handles your personal data when you use this page and apply to the Founding 10 Growth Program. We follow India’s Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Details you enter in the application form: name, WhatsApp number, email (optional), business name, city, business type, website (optional) and your answers to the eligibility questions.
- Campaign data from the page address and browser, such as UTM tags, fbclid, gclid, the page you landed on and the website that referred you.
- Analytics data (Meta Pixel and Google Analytics) only if you click “Accept analytics” on the cookie banner.
Why we collect it
We use your details to contact you about this program on WhatsApp, phone or email, to decide who is selected, and to deliver the service if you are selected. Analytics data helps us measure our advertising and improve this page.
How long we keep it
We keep application data for up to 24 months, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever is earlier. Clients we work with are covered by their own agreement.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. Your application is delivered to our internal lead inbox through our form service (Google Sheets and email). If you accept analytics, Meta Platforms and Google receive usage data under their own privacy policies. Both tools stay switched off if you decline.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us at info@creativesmug.com.
