Yes, the design and development fee for your Starter website is free. You still pay hosting with us at ₹499 per month, your own domain and any paid plugins or premium themes if required, plus GST as applicable. The Starter website has up to 5 pages, a mobile-ready design, a WhatsApp button and contact form, basic on-page SEO, speed optimisation and 2 rounds of revisions.
You pay Creativesmug hosting at ₹499 per month, your own domain, any paid plugins or premium themes if required, and GST as applicable. Hosting billing starts after launch, and 1 month is paid in advance. The domain is bought by you from any registrar you choose, such as Hostinger, GoDaddy, BigRock or Name.com, and the price depends on the extension and the provider. We help you choose and connect it.
The website is yours, and it stays live on Creativesmug hosting. You buy your own domain from any registrar you choose, so the domain is registered in your name. We build the website, show it to you live and make content changes as you ask (2 rounds of revisions). Hosting is taken from us at ₹499 per month.
Delivery takes 14–21 working days after we receive your content. Please share your logo, photos and text within 7 days and give feedback within 48 hours so the project stays on schedule.
Selection is at Creativesmug’s discretion, so not every application is selected. We only have 10 slots. If you are not selected, we will let you know, and you can still ask about our CRM Pilot Program or Online Store Launch Pack.
Yes, you can choose the Online Store Launch Pack or the CRM Pilot Program in the form, but neither is free. The store pack starts at ₹9,999 and includes up to 10 products, payment gateway setup, order status emails, and order and payment history. The CRM pilot starts at ₹14,999 for the first 3 pilot clients and covers one pipeline, up to 3 users, 12 custom fields, 1 lead form, 5 reports, import of 500 contacts, training and 30 days of support. Extra scope is quoted separately, and you can ask for details on WhatsApp at +91 87002 26479.
After launch, your website stays live on Creativesmug hosting at ₹499 per month, billed monthly. You can cancel hosting with 30 days notice, and we will give you your website files and content on request once all dues are settled. We ask you to leave a Google review and to allow a short case study, as agreed. Ongoing maintenance is not included.
We want to build real case studies and long-term relationships with our 10 founding clients. In return for the free design and development, we ask for a short case study, your logo and testimonial, and a Google review after launch.
The free offer covers the design and development fee of one Starter website. It has up to 5 pages, a mobile-ready design, a WhatsApp button and contact form, basic on-page SEO, speed optimisation and 2 rounds of revisions. Delivery is in 14–21 working days after we receive your content. A revision round means one consolidated set of change requests sent together, and further rounds are quoted separately.
The free offer does not include copywriting, photography, e-commerce, extra pages, ongoing maintenance or ad spend. You pay hosting with Creativesmug at ₹499 per month, your own domain, and any paid plugins or premium themes if required. GST is charged as applicable.
You agree to share your content (logo, photos and text) within 7 days and to give feedback within 48 hours. You also allow a short case study with your project, logo and testimonial, and you leave a Google review after launch. You buy your own domain from a registrar you choose, and you host the website with Creativesmug.
Hosting is billed monthly at ₹499 per month, plus GST as applicable. It includes managed hosting, SSL certificate and basic security and backups. Billing starts after launch, and 1 month is paid in advance. You can cancel with 30 days notice, and on cancellation we provide your website files and content once dues are settled. If a payment is overdue for more than 15 days, we may suspend the site after a written reminder. Hosting for online stores or CRM is quoted separately.
If you are unresponsive for 14 days, we may release your slot to another business. If the slot is released, work already completed remains with Creativesmug and the free offer no longer applies.
The domain is registered in your name, so you own it. The website is yours, and it stays live on Creativesmug hosting. We provide your website files and content on request once all outstanding dues are paid. You confirm that you own or have the right to use the content you give us (logo, photos and text). You allow us to feature the project, your logo and your testimonial in a short case study, and you may ask us in writing to stop using the case study, logo or testimonial in future publications.
Selection is at Creativesmug’s discretion, and applying does not guarantee a slot. The offer is valid until the end date shown on this page, if one is set, or until the 10 slots are filled.
The Online Store Launch Pack starts at ₹9,999, plus GST as applicable, with a final quote after we understand your requirements. It includes a basic online store on Shopify or WooCommerce, up to 10 products, payment gateway setup, order status emails, and a mobile-ready design with a WhatsApp button. It does not include a Shopify subscription, premium themes and plugins, domain and hosting, payment gateway transaction charges, product photos and descriptions, shipping or courier integration (available as an add-on) or products beyond 10. The ₹499 per month hosting plan is for the Starter website. Hosting for an online store is quoted separately where needed.
The CRM Pilot Program starts at ₹14,999, plus GST as applicable, and is limited to 3 pilot slots. It covers one team and one sales process: 1 pipeline with up to 6 stages, up to 3 users, up to 12 custom fields, 1 lead form, up to 5 reports, import of up to 500 contacts, 1 training session and 30 days of post-launch support. Change requests and add-ons are quoted separately, and software licence and API fees are extra. You give us your process details and data within 7 days, the 7-10 working day delivery starts after that, and case study permission is required.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Delhi have jurisdiction.
